Available for weeks or months, Selektia offers a wonderful exterior apartment, completely furnished and decorated with great charm, in a representative building in the Salamanca district.
Located in a nice building with an elevator, it has views of the main street from the living room, while the rooms offer silence and tranquility, away from the noise of the streets.
The property is accessed through a small entrance hall, which leads to a magnificent corridor, in which is the first bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom outside followed by the second bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite, we continue down the hall until you reach a large and very spacious kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, utensils and complete crockery.
It has a bright living room and a dining room for 6 people, finally we have the third bedroom with its bathroom en suite.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and has air conditioning, heating and free private Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection.
The whole house enjoys a lot of light and excellent qualities.
